I am fortunate that you have sent an email explaining your company and the work you do when I was Vice-District Governor and preparing for my tenure as a District Governor. Believe me, I am tech-savvy and a strong believer in paperless work as far as possible and I saw a ray of hope in your letter. I approach you for the District Mobile App to repace the District Directory and synchronize the same with District Website. I feel as if I have participated in planting tree because I have saved many trees in the form of using less paper. It was your initiative that helped me to bring Digital District Magazine for the first time and I have not sent a single communication through printed form to my cabinet collegues or club officers.

You are an amazing service provider, helpful and a good listner. You are always a part of solution and not the problem. I am also fortunate that my successors have continued this trend and I believe they all have equal respect for you not because you are a good friend but you are very committed towards your work.

Finally an easy to use, all in one mobile application. This application was developed based on the requirements of grass root lion member. This application allow member to find the details of member using the directory, review the activities carried out by a club with photographs, greet the member on their birthday and anniversary with beautiful eCard and last business directory to increase the networking. The interface of the application is very easy to navigate and find the things very easily. We can use it anywhere and whenever we required.

मैं गत वर्ष से प्रांतीय सभापति हूं प्रांत 3233 ई 2 और मैं डिस्ट्रिक्ट ऐप को देख रहा हूं यह एप्लीकेशन बहुत ही सुविधाजनक है और इससे हम लायन साथियों से जुड़े रहने का बहुत ही सुगम माध्यम हैं। डिस्ट्रिक्ट मे प्रत्येक दिन किसका जन्मदिन है किसकी वैवाहिक वर्षगांठ है यह भी वहां पर दर्शाया गया है जिससे कि अब प्रांत के प्रत्येक लायन साथी को उसकी जन्म दिवस को वैवाहिक वर्षगांठ पर ग्रीटिंग व शुभकामना संदेश भेजकर उससे संपर्क बना सकते हैं क्योंकि आज की इस भाग दौड़ भरी जिंदगी में हम कई बार हम अपने परिवार के सदस्यों का भी जन्मदिन व वैवाहिक वर्षगांठ भूल जाते हैं इस ऐप के माध्यम से हमें बहुत सुविधा मिलती है।

 यह ऐप डिस्ट्रिक्ट डायरेक्टरी का भी काम करता है प्रांत में कितने क्लब है प्रत्येक क्लब में कितनी मेंबरशिप है किस क्लब में कौन अध्यक्ष सचिव कोषाध्यक्ष के पद पर है कौन लायन साथी कैबिनेट का सदस्य है उन संभागीय अध्यक्ष क्षेत्रीय अध्यक्ष है उसके बारे में भी इस ऐप में संपूर्ण विवरण दिया जाता है उनके मोबाइल नंबर उनका मेल आईडी और और एड्रेस इससे आपको बार-बार डायरेक्टरी खोलने की जरूरत भी नहीं पड़ती है आज जब जहां बैठे हैं अपने मोबाइल में उस कल्ब की प्रोफाइल खोल कर किसी भी साथी से अपना संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

ब्लड ग्रुप के बारे में भी जानकारी दी गई है । ईश्वर से यही कामना है कभी किसी को इसकी जरूरत ना पड़े पर फिर भी कभी किसी के साथ कोई हादसा हो जाए तो हम तुरंत उस ब्लड ग्रुप के मेंबर को अपने आस पास कोई है तो पता कर सकते हैं और क्लब के अध्यक्ष सचिव कोषाध्यक्ष या आप स्वयं अपडेट कर सकते हैं।

 प्रांत में हो रही गतिविधियां निरंतर क्लबों द्वारा इस ऐप पर अपलोड की जाती है और उसमें प्रांतीय सभापति क्लब प्रतिस्पर्धा द्वारा घोषित मार्किंग के अनुसार क्लबों द्वारा जो भी गतिविधियां की जाती है उसमें मार्किंग की जाती है और उससे एक स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा को प्रांत में स्थान मिलता है प्रत्येक क्लब अपनी व दूसरे क्लबों की मार्किंग को आकलन कर सकता है। इसके अलावा वर्ष 2022- 23 मैं प्रांतीय सभापति डिस्ट्रिक्ट बिजनेस नेटवर्क को देख रहा हूं इसमें प्रत्येक लायन  मेंबर द्वारा अपनी बिजनेस प्रोफाइल बनाई जा सकती है। जिससे कि प्रांत का प्रत्येक साथी यह देख सकता है कि मेरे अन्य लायन साथी का क्या व्यवसाय है और वह उससे अपने व्यवसायिक गतिविधि को बढ़ा सकता है मैं बधाई देना चाहूंगा लायन हार्दिक जी मेहता को जिन्होंने इस ऐप को डेवलप किया।
